Terms + Conditions
This agreement outlines the studio policies of SYNCD Pilates LLC and applies to all clients who participate in classes, appointments, or any other services offered. By participating in any activities at SYNCD Pilates, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Sales and Refund Policy
All purchases, including class packs, memberships, and private sessions, are final. Purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable unless SYNCD Pilates cancels a class due to not meeting the minimum class enrollment requirement of 4 students. In such cases, affected clients will be refunded or credited for the canceled class.Cancellation Policy
Group Classes: Clients must cancel their booking at least 8 hours prior to the start of the class to avoid fees.
Private and Semi-Private Appointments: A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for cancellations of private and semi-private sessions.
Failure to provide the required notice will result in a $15 no-show fee or loss of the session credit.Health and Safety Disclosure
Clients are required to inform SYNCD Pilates before the start of any class if they have an existing or ongoing injury, are pregnant, or are in the postnatal period. Failure to disclose relevant health information may result in injury, for which SYNCD Pilates cannot be held liable.Instructor Substitution
SYNCD Pilates reserves the right to substitute instructors without prior notice as needed to maintain the studio’s schedule.Lost and Found
Any items left in the studio will be held for 14 days. If not claimed within this period, items will be donated or disposed of.Mobile Devices
To maintain a focused and distraction-free environment, all cell phones and smartwatches must be turned off or set to silent/do not disturb mode during class. Interruptions due to devices are discouraged to ensure the best experience for all clients.Late Cancellation, No-Show and Failed Payment Fees
A $15 fee will be charged for clients who do not show up to their booked class without prior notice.
A $15 fee will be charged for clients who late cancel their class reservation.
A $25 fee will be charged for failed or incomplete payments. Clients are responsible for ensuring their payment details are up to date.
8. Late Entrance Policy:
To ensure a safe and uninterrupted experience for all clients, we kindly ask that you arrive on time for your class. Clients are not permitted to enter the class if they are more than 5 minutes late. Please note that if you arrive after this time, your class credit will be forfeited, and no refunds or credits will be provided.
9. Waitlist Policy:
If you are on the waitlist for a class, the same policies apply as for standard bookings. Should a spot become available, and you are added into the class, our standard cancellation and no-show policies will apply. If you can no longer attend, it is your responsibility to cancel within the required timeframe to avoid forfeiting your class credit.
Safety and Hygiene
Chewing gum is not allowed during classes for safety and hygiene reasons.
Please avoid wearing clothing with zippers or other features that may damage the studio equipment.
Deodorant is required to maintain a pleasant environment for all participants.
Photography and Recording
Photography or recording during classes is not permitted unless prior consent is obtained from both the instructor and other participants. This is to respect the privacy and experience of everyone in the studio.Liability Release
I have carefully read this agreement and fully understand its contents. I am aware that this is a release of liability and a contract between SYNCD Pilates LLC and myself, and I agree to it of my own free will.Policy Amendments
SYNCD Pilates reserves the right to amend or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will take effect immediately upon being posted on our website or communicated to clients via other appropriate means. Clients are encouraged to periodically review the Terms and Conditions to stay informed of any updates.
By booking or attending a class at SYNCD Pilates, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
